Prohibited items
This list is non-exhaustive. Items prohibited by the upstream network never enter the carrier-partner manifest. If you encounter an edge case in your delivery operation, escalate to partner ops within the 48-hour exception window.
Universally prohibited
- Weapons, ammunition, and weapon components
- Controlled substances and narcotics
- Counterfeit goods and unlicensed brand replicas
- Cash, currency, and bearer-negotiable instruments
- Live animals, animal carcasses, and animal parts
- Human remains
- Radioactive or hazardous materials
Carrier-restricted (case by case)
- Lithium-ion batteries above carrier watt-hour limits
- Drones with non-removable batteries
- E-cigarettes, vape devices, and accessories
- Aerosols and pressurized containers
- Perfumes and cosmetics with high alcohol content
- Magnets above shielding thresholds
- Flammable liquids
Perishables & medical
- Fresh food, plants, and seeds (most destinations)
- Prescription medications (without origin/destination approvals)
- Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive items
- Vitamins and supplements (some destinations only)
Destination-specific
- Items banned by the destination country — varies by jurisdiction. We screen at intake and notify you before processing.
